What is Proliv™Rx?
Proliv™Rx is the first FDA-approved (Class II PMA), prescription, clinician-directed neuromodulation therapy that can be administered at home. It delivers focal, multi-channel, external Combined Occipital and Trigeminal Afferent Stimulation (eCOT-AS) through a non-invasive wearable headset.

How Proliv™Rx Works
Proliv™Rx uses a non-invasive wearable headset with three pairs of integrated electrodes that contact the scalp on the forehead and occiput, delivering Combined Occipital and Trigeminal Afferent Stimulation (eCOT-AS).
Trigeminal Stimulation
Forehead electrodes stimulate the supraorbital and supratrochlear trigeminal nerve branches bilaterally.
Occipital Stimulation
Rear electrodes stimulate the two greater occipital nerve branches at the back of the head.
Brainstem Pathway
Electrical pulses travel through sensory nerves to the brainstem, then into thalamo-cortical and limbic networks.
Mood Regulation
Signals modulate brain regions involved in mood, arousal, and autonomic regulation to alleviate depression.
